AAB-E-ZAR ORGANICS is a Pakistan-based honey brand offering honey and related food products to customers across Pakistan.

We are based in Rehman Town, Khare Road, Kasur, Pakistan.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, weights, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

As honey is a natural product, natural variations in colour, texture, aroma, and appearance may occur.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you regarding the order.

4. Pricing and Orders

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving product availability, pricing errors, or other operational issues.

5. Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made when the order is delivered.
  • Bank Transfer: Payment must be transferred to the provided AAB-E-ZAR ORGANICS business account. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after payment has been verified.

Please follow the payment instructions provided during checkout.

6. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through available communication channels such as WhatsApp or email.

Please review your order details carefully.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at +92 339 0454509.

Cancellation or modification may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including serviceable cities, towns, and remote areas.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Damaged, Broken, or Leaking Products

We carefully pack our products before dispatch.

If an order arrives damaged, broken, opened, crushed, leaking, or with a damaged product, please follow the claim procedure described in our Shipping Policy.

A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded before opening the package is mandatory for damage, breakage, or leakage claims.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Please retain the original packaging and damaged product until the claim has been reviewed.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, broken, or leaking product, please follow the procedure described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

10. Customer Information and Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

  • Full name
  • Active phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • Any other information required for successful delivery

A delay or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional delivery charges or a re-shipment requirement.
