At AAB-E-ZAR Organics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Please note: Due to the nature of organic and perishable products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct product at no extra cost.

- Opened or used products
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Gift cards
